Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using QuokkaGo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

If you are creating an account to manage child athletes, you represent that you have the legal authority to act on behalf of those children (e.g., as a parent, legal guardian, or authorized coach).

2. Description of Service

QuokkaGo is a SaaS platform for tracking the progress of young athletes with gamification. The Service provides:

  • Training session management and scheduling
  • Attendance tracking and progress notes
  • Academy and group management for coaches
  • Parent visibility into their child's training activities
  • Notification services (email, in-app, and Telegram)

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You must verify your email address before accessing the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

4. Subscription and Payments

Prepaid Wallet

QuokkaGo uses a prepaid wallet model. You add funds to your account balance, and subscription fees are deducted monthly from your balance.

Plans and Pricing

  • A free tier is available with limited features
  • Paid plans (Plus, Pro, Max) unlock additional features and higher limits
  • Current pricing is available at quokkago.io/pricing
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

Insufficient Balance

If your balance is insufficient for monthly renewal, your account will be placed in read-only mode. You will retain access to your data but will not be able to create new content until you top up your balance.

Refunds

Unused balance may be refunded at our discretion. Refund requests should be directed to support@quokkago.io. Subscription fees already deducted from your balance are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload to QuokkaGo (training notes, photos, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your data. You can export or delete your data at any time through Account Settings.

7. Account Deletion

  • You can request account deletion at any time through Account Settings
  • There is a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion
  • After 30 days, personal data is permanently anonymized
  • Active subscriptions are cancelled upon deletion request
  • Remaining balance is not automatically refunded upon self-service deletion (contact support for refund requests)

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuokkaGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of the jurisdiction where QuokkaGo operates.
